Czech pilot programme
Frequently Asked Questions
Built for real hospitality service, NFC-first, and designed to support staff rather than replace them.

What is SmartFlow?
SmartFlow is a browser-based hospitality system that connects guests at the table with venue staff. Guests can request service, order items or ask for the bill using an NFC table card.
How does SmartFlow work for guests?
Guests tap the NFC card at their table with a phone. SmartFlow opens the correct table page in their browser, where they can send a request directly to staff.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. SmartFlow works in a modern mobile browser, so guests do not need to install an app or create an account.
What can guests request through SmartFlow?
Depending on the venue's setup, guests can call a member of staff, order available food or drinks and request their bill.
How does SmartFlow help hospitality venues?
SmartFlow places table requests in one clear staff dashboard. It is designed to make requests more visible, support prioritisation and reduce the chance of guests being overlooked during busy service.
Does SmartFlow replace waiting staff?
No. SmartFlow supports staff by making guest requests easier to see and manage. Personal hospitality and service remain in the hands of the venue's team.
Does SmartFlow process payments?
Not during the current pilot. Guests can request their bill through SmartFlow, but payment processing is not part of this pilot.
What equipment does a venue need?
The venue needs NFC cards for its tables and a phone, tablet, laptop or other device with a modern browser for the staff dashboard.
Is SmartFlow suitable for small venues?
SmartFlow is designed to be practical for bars, cafés, pubs and restaurants of different sizes. Suitability depends on the venue's service model, number of tables and operational needs.
Is SmartFlow available in the Czech Republic?
SmartFlow is currently recruiting a limited number of Czech hospitality venues for its pre-launch pilot programme.
What is included in the 90-day pilot programme?
Participating venues receive SmartFlow setup, NFC table access and use of the guest and staff interfaces during the agreed 90-day test. The pilot also includes support and a review of operational feedback and results.
How much does the SmartFlow pilot cost?
Participation is free during the agreed 90-day pilot period. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
What happens after the pilot?
SmartFlow and the venue review the results together. If the system has demonstrated value, both parties can discuss whether and how they would like to continue.
How can a venue apply for the pilot?
A Czech bar, café, pub or restaurant can apply through the contact form on SmartFlow's website. SmartFlow will then discuss the venue's needs and whether it is suitable for the pilot.
