Why We Are Running a Pilot
SmartFlow has been built because we believe it can solve practical hospitality challenges: missed requests, delayed bills, unclear table demand, and pressure on staff during busy periods. We do not want to launch a product based on assumptions. We want real-world evidence from venues that are willing to test it properly.
How SmartFlow Works
SmartFlow is NFC first. A guest taps the card at their table and sends a clear request without downloading an app.
